This page describes how to manage the website https://www.hotel-torino.it with reference to the processing of personal data of users who interact with it. Gestioni di Andrea Zecchino & C. snc undertakes to process and store the personal data provided and collected through its website in compliance with the utmost confidentiality, with care and diligence, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Personal data subject to processing
The collection of personal data takes place:
- by filling in the data fields required for booking and which are presented by clicking on the "book" button
- through the voluntary sending by users of e-mail messages addressed to the e-mail boxes published on the site;
- through the acquisition of navigation data by the applications dedicated to the functioning of the website during navigation. This information, which cannot be directly associated with the identity of users, includes, for example, parts of the IP address, domain names and type of browser used, date and time of the request and other parameters regarding the operating system and the IT environment used. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and / or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The personal data provided voluntarily by visitors to the website by filling in the fields presented under "book" are processed by Gestioni di Zecchino Andrea e C. s.n.c. exclusively to manage the request for the provision of the booking / purchase service, for the definition of the contractual agreement and for its subsequent implementation as well as for the fulfillment of related legal obligations. The provision of data for the aforementioned purposes is mandatory. The data provided through the voluntary sending of e-mails addressed to the e-mail boxes published on the site are processed exclusively for the management of requests made by users. The navigation data detected by the applications, on the other hand, cannot be directly associated with the identity of the users.
Methods of data processing and communication
The processing of data related to the management of the site takes place at the owner's operational headquarters and is handled by personnel in charge of processing. The data are processed in electronic and paper form, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Adequate security measures are observed to prevent loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The acquired data are not communicated by Gestioni di Zecchino Andrea e C. s.n.c. to third parties, unless their communication is strictly necessary for the processing of requests / purposes indicated by the senders themselves. In this case, these are subjects who act as data processors, that is: people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to the Data Controller in administrative, legal, financial matters; subjects who provide services for the management of offers and reservations; subjects with whom it is necessary to interact in the context of website management and data communication (for example, hosting providers, maintenance workers of network equipment and networks of electronic communication). Nature of the provision and refusal

The interested parties to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data from the Data Controller, Gestioni di Zecchino Andrea e C. s.n.c., to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, cancellation, rectification, limitation if processed in violation of the law, and also to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. In any case, interested parties always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation if they believe that the processing of their data violates the legislation in force.
